The JonBuoy Recovery Module MK6 (JBRM6) is a comprehensive man overboard (MOB) solution, designed to locate, support, and recover a casualty. Approved as a direct replacement for one traditional danbuoy, horseshoe, drogue, light, and whistle as per World Sailing Offshore Special Regulations, it reduces the need for two separate systems.

With a single, intuitive latch, the JBRM6 can be quickly deployed into the water. An optional remote release model allows for activation from the helm, navigation station, or any preferred location. Upon deployment, the JBRM6 inflates automatically, creating a highly visible safe haven that keeps the casualty supported and out of the water, reducing the risk of hypothermia while awaiting rescue.

Recovery is horizontal, a critical feature for hypothermic casualties, minimizing the risk of complications or cardiac arrest during the recovery process.
